On-line Patient Access

In line with the Government’s commitment to enabling patient online interaction with General Practice services, Stockbridge Practice is pleased to advise that in addition to Patients already able to:

  • Request repeat prescriptions online;
  • Book or cancel appointments 24/7;    

Patients now have the facility to

  • View a summary of your medical records (Allergies, Medication and Adverse Reactions)

A consent form is available on the web site (under the "Online Patient access" Further information option) or from our Reception counter.

Friends & Family Test

The "Friends & Family test" is a feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience that can be used to improve services. We have enabled an on-line Friends & Family test and it can be accessed by clicking here or on the "Patient Survey" button at the bottom of the home page.
