It is important that you inform the reception staff if you are unable to attend your appointment, this will allow that appointment to be offered to another patient.

You can cancel your appointment by calling the reception team, via the NHS App or via Patient Access. 

Please be aware that on Saturday morning the phone lines are not open so please use the NHS App or Patient Access options above if you need to cancel your appointment.
