Our patients are the whole reason for our services and we welcome your opinion. Your comments and suggestions are important to us; good and bad as this helps us affect change in practice. Want to make a complaint?

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong. If this is the case we would like to know. We cannot always make everything right but we do endeavour to learn from the experience of our patients.

You can raise a concern or a complaint in a number of ways:

  • By telephoning and asking to speak to the Practice Manager
  • By writing to the Practice Manager, Stockbridge Surgery, New Street, Stockbridge SO20 6HG
  • By emailing whccg.stockbridgesurgery@nhs.net (please mark your email FAO Practice Manager)
  • By completing the form here on the website and either emailing or posting it to us
