If you have an urgent medical problem that needs to be dealt with on the same day you will be offered a same day direct face to face appointment with our duty team.  The duty team consists of both Doctors and Advanced Nurse Practitioners and operates from 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

To help the duty clinicians triage appointments for the day please try to call the surgery before midday if you have an urgent problem.

We have a texting service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments.

When you register you will be asked to consent to this service.

If you have not signed up for this service you can give verbal consent next time you speak with a member of the reception team or please complete the Text Consent Form opposite.

Please Note: The Practice is a Training Practice and part of a student's medical training will require them to be present during consultations. If you are not willing for our students to be present could you please inform reception.
