The Dispensary Team will text you when your prescription is ready for collection.

Please ensure you have your current mobile phone number registered with the surgery.

• Prescriptions may be collected from Stockbridge Surgery between 08:30 - 12:45 and 13:45 - 18:30 each weekday and Saturday mornings 09:00 - 12:00.
• Prescriptions may be collected from Broughton Surgery between 08:30 - 12:45 and 14:00 - 18:00 each weekday

If you have previously opted out of the texting service but would now like to receive text reminders please give verbal consent when you are next speaking to a receptionist or complete the Text Constent Form opposite.

We do appreciate that some of you wish to save wasting a trip to the surgery to collect your medication which may not be ready. However, we would ask that you please do not call us, as this not only diverts our teams from other matters but also engages our telephone lines making it difficult for other patients to contact us.
